How long does it take?

About 5 minutes. The assessment has 30 questions โ€” five per competency pillar. Each question asks you to rate yourself against an observable behaviour, so there are no trick questions or lengthy scenarios.

What's the Dreyfus model?

The Dreyfus model of skill acquisition describes five stages of mastery โ€” from Beginner through to Expert. Unlike generic scoring, Dreyfus levels map to specific, observable behaviours at each stage.

Can I retake it?

Absolutely. Retaking every few months helps you track growth over time and see how deliberate practice shifts your scores.
