How long does it take?
About 5 minutes. Each assessment has 30 questions — five per competency pillar. Each question asks you to rate against an observable behaviour, so there are no trick questions or lengthy scenarios.
What's the Dreyfus model?
The Dreyfus model of skill acquisition describes five stages of mastery — from Beginner through to Expert. Unlike generic "high/medium/low" scoring, Dreyfus levels map to specific, observable behaviours at each stage, giving you a precise picture of where you stand and what "next level" actually looks like.

What is the difference between individual and organizational assessments?
Individual assessments evaluate your personal skills and mastery as an agile practitioner — "How skilled am I?" Organizational assessments evaluate the health of your team, product practice, project delivery, or organization as a whole — "How healthy is our way of working?" Both use the same Dreyfus-based scoring.
Can I retake it?
Absolutely. In fact, we encourage it. Retaking the assessment every few months helps you track your growth over time and see how deliberate practice shifts your scores.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your results are stored locally in your browser. If you choose to create an account later, your data stays private and is never shared or sold.
